All tour vehicles are comprehensively insured and operated by licensed professionals.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the tour. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, major credit cards, and secure online payments. All associated transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa, passport, and health requirements relevant to Ethiopia. We are happy to provide visa support letters, airport meet-and-greet, and arrival assistance. However, failure to meet entry requirements is the client’s responsibility.
All bookings and travel services provided by Grand Holidays Ethiopia Tours are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any legal proceedings must be initiated in the Addis Ababa courts.
